Its a supply and demand economy. If the business owners need to pay more to attract workers, that’s the way the economy is supposed to work. If workers need affordable housing, rather than foisting that responsibility on local government, the business owners should band together to build an apartment building for their workers near GA. Having the government be in charge of such a project would be a disaster, resulting in higher costs to tax payers and assured mismanagement of such public housing.
