As Jim points out Leelanau County Board of Commissioners failed to pass a motion to shut down Line 5 and so did Glen Arbor Township. Empire Township passed the motion. We need to elect leaders in Leelanau County, Glen Arbor and throughout the state who are dedicated to protecting the Great Lakes and recognize real threats like the old Line 5 pipeline.
