Unlike the Homestead and Crystal Mountain, this new owner of Sugar Loaf needs to pay a living wage with benefits. Crystal and Homestead are now hurting for help, justifiably so by taking advantage of people and the lack of work opportunity here in NW Mich and paying literally peanuts. These two resorts boarder on absolute shame for the way they take advantage of their workforce. If the new Sugarloaf owner were to double the pay of Crystal and Homestead workers, he would drain these two resorts dry. There are some great people working for Crystal and Homestead, and he could use this to his advantage as well as our area workers advantage. I would love nothing more than tom see this happen.
