I suggest that this property could partially used to build a sustainable, eco-friendly , housing community with mixed use housing , retail, etc. The owner and developers might want to talk with the developers of Mueller Development in Austin, Texas. I live in the senior apartments in that Development and would consider moving back to Michigan if there was new tax credit houding for seniors. I might add that my neighbors are townhomes, varying styles of housing, stores, shopping centers, etc. Check it out!
