Thank you for the thoughtful opinion piece. Unfortunately, our Township officials are committing more than “communication” goof-ups. Indeed, the actions of GA township’s leadership reflects, at a minimum, gross “judgment” goof-ups. The actions of our township officials show a blatant disregard for the community — their hubris is disgusting and should not stand. It is time for GA township to elect new leaders if they do not immediately remediate their irresponsible actions, including removing the glowing trash on a stick (aka ‘the sign’) in the middle of the village and making local government transparent.
