Can a community close a public beach at 7 PM as they do in my town? Would like to swim after work, but can’t sometimes because I can’t make it there before 7. Can they restrict how deep you go? Lifeguards young enough to be my children start blowing their whistles when I’m chest deep. Walking several weeks ago on the waters edge as this article seems to say I can do and a park security cop starts yelling at me through his bullhorn. Really annoyed with this whole situation.
