Taxes should not be touched nothing has changed you are still on the water. The oceanfront homes in FL are the same but you really don’t own any of the beach just in obstructed views and access. I live on the river and love to see people enjoy it I’m am sure you would be happy never to canoe down a river again because people live on it. What is wrong with people that they want to say mine mine mine. Is it because of the couple of bad folks? Believe me we have them on the river or just selfishly wanting it all to yourself?
