Comment on Leelanau Planning Commission to discuss marijuana regulation by Mimi Heberlein

So, discussion will involve only legal or police action and issues, but they have clearly stated that no one will be allowed to discuss benefits to individual’s health issues or the positive economic impact these products will have on the area? Got it. So, why don’t you just call it a Marijuana Scare Festival for resident’s who are already paranoid about this topic? For the record, I am 64, a local business owner and may face being next in my family to face Parkinson’s disease like my father did. I am for complete legalization of marijuana land use because I want to know people like me will have access to what we need if and when we need it.
