I agree Jim. While we all want to hear that skiing will return, I’ve always been impressed with the fact that he’s choosing to be honest about the frankly sub-optimal economic wisdom of opening a ski resort in a place where snowmaking is required and extreme January thaws are almost an every year occurrence.
