Arend Tree Farms in Grass Lake, Michigan, is open for business and has a nice supply of Frazier Fir trees to meet customer demands. ATF is a family run business for over 6 decades here in SE Michigan. With the right soil, water, fertilizer and buying 6-12” seedlings (tree already 2-3 yrs old) 10 years is doable but at a huge maintenance cost. Mr Hagar is right that you would need to get a lot of support to crank out a 8-10’ tree in only 10 yrs.
