This is great news and I’m sorry your grandaughter isn’t able to join us on this trip. May be someday in the future?
Our cut-off date for full payment of the trip is Feb 1. If you cancel before that 100% of your deposit/payment will be refunded.
If you have to cancel after Feb. 1 due to an emergency, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. At this point I know we’ll be able refund your entire trip cost with the exception of our transport deposit of $250.00/person. If we are able to get another person to take your place on the trip, we’ll be able to refund the total amount of your trip in the event of a last minute emergency.
