That people aren’t behaving is/was predictable, sadly! Just look at the park’s educational programs that ask visitors to properly store their food in campgrounds, keep dogs leash, no dogs in plover habitat, and many other safety messages that were mostly ignored in past years. Vandalism occurred during gov’t shut down where the park was left open. Park should be closed–those pictures are of people likely spreading the virus.
