“The Governor doesn’t carrry a badge”. No, but she has constitutional authority. It’s not “just” an executive order. It has the weight of law. It IS the law and should be enforced. Unclear on what it means ? Then call your prosecutror or the AGs office. This is NOT unconstitutional. At all.
