I sure hope you report further on this issue. While I don’t know, it’s hard to imagine if water level rise further that this would not impede public access. Would the state consider denying public access in favor of a few property owners? Would the Storm Hill Association consider the inclusion of a public access pathway above their retention wall? Has the Sleeping Bear Dune National Lakeshore leadership taken a position? There’s so much more I’d like to know.
