This is not positive news for some of us. Our precious lifestyle is at stake. 150+ new home starts a year cannot continue unabated without impacting adversely what makes this area amazing. Manageable growth is not happening yet and changes in zoning county wide need to consider how to cluster homes and preserve our beautiful countryside, farming, and scenic views.
