Comment on The Grove condominiums to replace Wildflowers in downtown Glen Arbor by Joyce Janicki

I absolutely LOVED “Wildflowers.” It offered beauty, peace and much-appreciated shade on hot summer days. My purchases there were many, and would have been many more had I not reluctantly dragged myself away.
I was hoping this beautiful piece of property would be replaced with another hugely enticing business. Sad for me to see condos replacing this once-enchanted spot. And crazy-expensive ones at that. Glen Arbor merchants are forever lamenting the lack of affordable living space for summer help. This housing unit will not solve that issue.
Good-bye “Wildflowers.” I’m so glad to have had the opportunity to spend many memorable times with you.
