I have know Cassie her whole life. Her mom and my sister are best friends and moved to Glen Arbor right after high school. They love it there and made their live and raised their families there. As a visitor for the last 40 years, I have fallen more and more in love with Glen Arbor and the surrounding area. I can see why people would want to live there, but as Cassie mentioned, they sometimes have sacrifice and find a way to make it work for them. I think it is well worth it though.
