Pay people more and they will come.The question is how much you pay them. Democrats and other “Progressives” think $15/hr. is a “living wage, so start there. I think $40/ hour plus benefits ought to do it. Oh, and offer them a piece of your company, too. Raise your prices to tourists and cut your own pay further.
And stop handing out disincentives to work, like social welfare. At a minium, those on the dole should have to show up at the State Unemployment Office every morning, on time and sober (free of alcohol and drugs, including weed). Daycare will be provided, afterall this is in keeping with Bernie Sanders’ utopian Nanny State.
