I agree with Timothy Young. To find out that Jack O’Malley was part and parcel to this was even worse. These sheriffs have no medical degree, nor did they apparently have a full understanding of this virus….no one did. As far as our numbers being low, that was mostly due to not having any tests, and the fact that if someone from elsewhere came here and was sick or got sick, they would have been counted in the area of their permanent residence. I found it crazy that if this were a tornado or a hurricane no one would question what to do to be safe….but a world wide pandemic was not only questioned but challenged. I think those involved in this ‘group” CSPOA and who deemed it not necessary to follow the EO should render their resignations. I understand checks and balances, but they go both ways.
