Wonder if these were the folks who flow over our home in an orange helicopter late last summer (way too close to our roof that the FAA should have been notified) ??? Who knows for sure??? My guess is that anyone who owns a helicopter and could pony up $5- $7 million bucks on a scheme like this doesn’t understand that an average wage-earning family isn’t gonna pay $15/adult and $9 per child to take a family to this thing when they can get a 7 days pass to the National Park for $10 and be treated to views and learning that could never compare to this commercial attraction. Tourists might flock to this thing initially but word-of mouth will spread that Airwalk is poor value the for money. I’d worry that that place will go out of business and leave it remains as an eyesore and security risk for the community. If these investors are looking for a write-off, wish they would find a way that would be less burdensome to the community.
