I can tell you that the views are in no way comparable to what you see and feel when you experience the gorgeous vistas of Pyramid Point , the Dune Climb, Inspiration Point, Pierce Stocking, Empire Bluffs,etc.- I’ve walked them- and they won’t get any better from above! His plan includes purchasing as much surrounding area as possible- 83 acres is only the beginning- he told me this.
